After the post race goodies?!...A loss of 9 pounds?! After the post race goodies?! I thought I had a high sweat rate! That is nuts! I know it could (and will) be expensive, but I would consider getting in touch with a dietician/nutritionist. With that high of a sweat rate, you are losing tons of electrolytes (as you know). But, the appropriate amount of magnesium for most long race + high sweat rate athletes isn't in endurance drinks. You might need a magnesium supplement for long races. But hey, just my opinion.
