Need Something to do in KC this weekend?

So if you're crazy, you've signed up for the Pyscho Psummer trail run or if you're mildly insane, you've signed up for the Shawnee Mission Park Triathlon.



Personally, I'm in for SMP this Sunday. Time to test out the fitness since the last flame out at IM KS with the flat tire. I haven't raced since the end of May and I'M READY!!
