July 1 @ 7:30am - Mass Street Mile in Lawrence
Whether
you are a 4-minute miler or an 18-minute miler lace up your shoes and
come out to the 3rd annual MASS STREET MILE and have a great day with
the family. There will be a men's heat, a women's heat, an under 18
heat and a kids run! Participate in the run and stay after to see the

August 4 @ 7:00am - Red Dog Run 8 in Lawrence
Be
a part of the tradition of the Red Dog Run in Lawrence and sign up for
the 5K or 10K runs at Haskell Indian Nations University.The course consists of paved roads and gently rolling hills through out the Breezedale neighborhood and Haskell campus. Click here for more information or to sign up.
