07/14/2012                                                                                       8:00 AM   Come hit the beautiful, challenging trails of Wyandotte County Lake Park for 10, 20, or 31 (50K) miles at the 2012 Pyscho Psummer Trail Run! All participants will receive a race logo mug, finisher's medal, access to the best aid stations around, and a technical fabric shirt (if available). Part of the 2012 TrailRunner Trophy Series!   Location: Wyandotte County Lake Park, Kansas City, KS Entry Fee: $65

07/14/2012                                                                                        7:30 AM The Eudora Horsethief Run will take you through the streets of both historic and modern Eudora, finishing in CPA (Central Protective Association) Park. The CPA was a division of the Anti-Horse Thief Association that laid down the law in early Eudora. This run serves as a fundraiser for the Eudora HS Cross Country team. All participants will receive a shirt and opportunity to win raffle items and unique awards (5 year age groups).       Location: CPA Park, Eudora, KS    Entry Fee: $30 -5K Run/Walk

07/15/2012                                                                                      9:00 AM Stick it to the sun and run underground this weekend at the  Jingle in July 5K Run/Walk. Dig that Santa hat out of the attic and strap it on for a run through the underground, 68-degree caves of Meritex Enterprises. All proceeds will go to benefit the Arthritis Foundation.       Location: Meritex Enterprises, Lenexa, KS   Entry Fee: $30 -5K Run/Walk

07/21/2012                                                                                      7:00 AM The Performance Plus Cameron Triathlon is coming up in less than two weeks! The course is designed for beginner triathletes but all talent levels are welcome. The race consists of a 200 meter swim, 8 mile bike ride, and 2.1 mile run.     Location: Recreation Park, Cameron, MO    Entry Fee: $42 -Individual with t-shirt ($32 w/o t-shirt)                                   $75 -Team with t-shirts ($60 w/o t-shirts)

07/21/2012                                                                                       7:30 AM   Take part in the annual Amelia Earhart Festival by participating in the Amelia Earhart 2K/8K Fun Run. 80 years ago she became the first woman to fly across the Atlantic. Be sure to stay for the rest of the Festival to enjoy lots of food, music on the riverfront, crafts, and aviation-themed youth activities.    Location: Atchison, KS    Entry Fee: $27
