My tractor sprinkler has a mind of its own - oh and a bike ride

How does a father to two young kids and a wonderfully dedicated husband (Right, Em?) manage a full time job and manage training for half ironmans AND keep his yard alive during the latest heat wave?

I multitask.

Take for instance watering.  They say to avoid watering after 9 or 10am when the sun starts heating up as a lot of water is lost to evaporation.  Don't water in the evening as it could promote fungus (we triathletes know about fungus - athletes foot).  So, if you leave for work at 7 or 6:30am, when do you water?

Well, you turn on the sprinkler as you leave for your bike ride at 5am, of course.

But, that's not the best idea of your lawn watering tractor can't stay on track and wonders off to start watering the neighbors yard while you are out riding...

Caught him before he got too far this morning.  It could have been ugly.
