I'd like Jeremy Maclin if he didn't go to Mizzou...

So fantasy football has fired up.

Scotty and Mark have thrown their bike helmets into the ring in my league.

In researching players, Jeremy Maclin stands out as a good wide receiver for the Philly Eagles.  Now, usually I don't have any issues with players affiliation of teams when it comes to fantasy football.  But, he went to Mizzou, I went to KU.  I'm just hung up on it.

Should I bypass the school bias or stick to my guns?  Kind of like cutting your nose off to spite your face...

You just can't ignore 70 catches, 900+ yards, 10 TD's... or can you?

ps - I heard JMack might have a serious illness.  By all means I hope he is ok and it's nothing bad!

I'm not sold on Maclin, mainly for health concerns. Still not in camp, and having 'testing' being done in St Louis after undergoing extensive testing in Philly. Hoping it's nothing serious, even for a Mizzou guy, but it could be cancer related. I recommend you draft him with your first pick regardless.

Just to be safe, maybe you should stay away from athletes from NCAA Division I.. maybe even Division II. Yeah, just stick with bench players.
