3rd Annual Dash & Dine 5K

Dash & Dine is a family oriented event! Come and Run or Walk a 5K followed by a free pasta dinner catered by Olive Garden. T-shirts will be for the first 100 participants to register only!

Location: St. Joseph, MO

Entry Fee: $25 -Adult

$15 -Children 12 & under

Proceeds from the race will benefit Mid-City Excellence. MCE is a nonprofit family learning center in the inner-city, Mid-town neighborhoods in St Joseph, MO. The Mid-City Excellence provides a safe haven for the youth of limited resource families.

If you enjoy running at night, this is your event. Bring your safety vest, flashing device or hand-held light and help support the Wildcat volleyball program while enjoying a night run through the heart of Blue Springs. Well lit and safe, it should prove to be a fast course.

The 19th annual Truman Run 5K will again be a benefit for Nativity of Mary School and Knights of Columbus Charities. The Knights of Columbus and Cockerell & McIntosh Pediatrics have teamed up to make this year's race better than ever. There will be medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, music by Jim Blau and plenty of food and drink from Nature's Pantry to help make this year's event a truly special Kansas City race!

KVC Walk Me Home 5K

"Walk Me Home....to the place I belong" is a signature fund-raising and awareness event for foster care in Kansas. We know not everyone can be a foster parent, but Walk Me Home is a great way to support the over 1,200 children in foster care.

Kick off Mother's Day weekend by participating in the inaugural Run Mom Run 5K Run/Walk! People of all ages are welcome as there will be a mini-ruckus obstacle course for the kids!
