It's hard to believe that the Jackson County Triathlon and Duathlon is celebrating it's 30th birthday in 2012! We're lucky to have been along for the ride and we want you to join us! Join in on the fun on August 19th at Longview Lake in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This event offers a Long Course and Short Course Triathlon, Long Course and Short Course Team Triathlon Competition and Short Course Duathlon! For those non-swimmers here's a great chance to test your run, bike, run skills!! We're just under one month away and you'll want to register soon!
With the continued growth in women's triathlons in the region we would like to help keep the momentum going in the right direction and get more women into the sport! All women who attend one of the many packet pick-up/late registrations will receive an entry fee into the Jackson County Triathlon and Duathlon and/or Midwest Meltdown Triathlon and Duathlon for $60 per race. This is a $30 savings per race! This discount does not apply to online registration for either event. You can find those dates, times and locations for each race on their respective event websites! Have a great week and we look forward to seeing at the races!
Don't forget!!! Online registration closes Sunday, August 12th at Midnight CST! If you miss online registration you can attend any of the three late registrations to get registered!
