Join
CrossFit Northland in a 5K that incorporates CrossFit-style movements every
1,000 meters! the 5K Gone Bad will benefit The Gorman's, close friends of
CrossFit Northland. After losing her husband to a stroke in 2007, Anna was
diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and passed away in early October. This
event will help raise money for living expenses and a college fund for their
six year old daughter Alex.

the nicest 4-milers you'll ever run. This scenic race has a lot of
up and down, and some very fast sections. The course is on new
single-track trails.
This is
a race to honor the veterans among us. If you are a veteran, or current
or former member of the armed forces, police, fire department, park ranger,
or EMT emergency services, your entry is FREE.

Come
get messy this Veteran's Day at the Pioneer Off-Road 5K Challenge! This race
of trails, hills, obstacles, and mud make this a fun time for all off road
trail runners and raises funds for the Leavenworth High School Wrestling
Team. There will be a special recognition for veterans, active duty military,
and former wrestlers. And, there will be plenty of extras - 1 M on-road fun
run for families or those who don't need the mud. We'll also have face
painting, food, and fun!

Run the Turkey Trails 5K or
10K, the second race of the Healthy Holiday Fun Run Series! Participants
receive a cool long-sleeve technical run shirt, finisher medals,
costume awards, and more! There will be plenty for the whole family to
enjoy so bring everyone out. Special kids activities before,
during, and after the race as well as pumpkin pie and apple cider, post
race auction to benefit Missouri Special Olympics,
