And I think a pretty solid showing at the training front.
I'll throw out some numbers, impressive or not, and add some narrative on how content, displeased or indifferent I am. I had to balance the training with Daddy duty as Em was out of town for work for the weekend. It all worked out fine in the end, but there were diaper, snack and sippy breaks during some trainer rides.
Oh, and a certain toddler that on Saturday morning decides he wants to get up at 1am, 3am, 4am and 6am from his new toddler bed and play in Mom and Dad's room, turn on all of the lights and not go to sleep. Stinker. Good thing he's pretty cute, which is probably the way God intended it so parents wouldn't lose it when their young kids get on their nerves.

TOTAL TIME - 8:03 hours with an hour of pilates reformer work in there.
TOTAL MILES - 91.83
Overall not a bad miles total for February training. Just ramping up for IM KS 2013 and hoping for a better showing than 2012.
