So, I took out the tri bike for a 40 (and 2 flats) on Saturday, 8 mile run on Sunday and PENGUIN PADDLE Sunday.
12 miles was 5 before flat 1 and 30ish miles was 10 miles after flat 2.


It was a training block weekend. Felt good even though it was hot, humid and sticky out there. Below are last week's stats and a random picture from last week driving around town.
