The North Face Endurance Challenge is coming to Kansas City November 17th and as an event Ambassador, I get a few perks.
One was getting to chat with Ultramarathon man Dean Karnazes before a fun run at The North Face Endurance store in Kansas City.
He was out for the 10k distance while I took on the 5k since I had a triathlon the next day. Check out the full summary of what we discussed on my Examiner article HERE and some videos below.
Keep in mind my memory on my phone kept filling up, so the videos cut out before I got all of what I wanted to capture. Sad....
